Our front desk and patient care co-coordinator, Philippa, is one of the first of many friendly faces you will see when you enter our office. Philippa takes great pride in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all of our patients. It is her mandate to ensure that your expectations are exceeded.
She is in charge of all patient care services and administration such as: third-party billing, Alberta Health Care billing, contact lens orders, specialist referrals, and booking future appointments. It is sure that Philippa’s friendly and professional manner will make you feel very welcome in our office.
