Dr. Rylie Dickson was born and raised in Killarney, Manitoba. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Winnipeg where she also played 5 years of varsity volleyball. After completing her undergraduate degree and moving to Waterloo, Ontario she completed her Doctor of Optometry with honours at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science.
Dr. Dickson completed her last externship site as a student in Olds and has now returned to provide full scope primary care optometry. She is looking forward to providing care for patients in both the Olds and Sundre clinics.
Her love for the mountains has kept her in Alberta and outside of work Dr. Dickson enjoys hiking, camping, and both downhill and cross-country skiing.
