Dr. Dayna Jones was raised in Calgary, Alberta. She began her University at St. Mary’s College before entering into the Doctor of Optometry program at the University of Waterloo. She graduated with honors in 2007 after completing her externship at John D. Dingell Veterans Affair Medical Center, where she was exposed to a wide variety of eye pathology.
She has participated in eye care charity projects in India, Guyana, Costa Rica and Africa and hopes to continue with her charitable work in the future. Dr. Dayna has a special interest in children’s vision, low vision and speciality contact lenses. She is currently accepting all new patients.
In her spare time Dr. Dayna loves spending quality time with her two children and husband. She loves snowboarding, golfing and pretty much anything that has to do with being active and outdoors.
